Precision Urethane manufactures the largest selection of urethane sheets available in today’s market. We maintain a wide selection of polyurethane sheets, pads and rods to suit almost any application. Precision Urethane offers a variety of hardness ranges and sizes along with a number of finishing services such as die cutting or water jetting.

Polyurethane & Urethane Sheets:

Precision Urethane has also developed a multi-hardness/dual-durometer urethane sheet which can be cast in custom colors and hardnesses. The casting process involves a hard durable protective layer casted to a soft layer that can be used in applications where standard cast urethane sheets will not meet the required performance life in more demanding applications. These two layers are bonded together in the manufacturing process and are made not to delaminate even under extreme conditions. Learn more about the process on our polyurethane products manufacturing page.

Urethane Sheet Features:

  • Standard range of hardnesses: 60A, 70A, 80A, 90A
  • Standard size: 48" x 144"
  • Standard range of thicknesses: 0.020"-0.375" (certain restrictions apply)
  • Standard color: natural. (Other colors are available upon request)

We also offer slitting services on our precision cast urethane sheets, cutting up to 12” wide strips up to .375" in thickness.
