Urethane No-Crush Wheels

Urethane’s resilience and resistance to compression set make it an ideal material for No-Crush Rollers. These rollers can be designed with different types of vane geometries in conjunction with the wide hardness range of polyurethane durometers, allowing us to tailor the exact compression needed to maintain constant contact and force grip without marring or damaging the contact surface with an exceptional coefficient of friction. They can also be “slip fit” over shafts in solid urethane or manufactured with metal cores, with or without bearings.
