Urethane tube comes in custom diameters, lengths, hardness, and colors with little or no tooling costs. Custom formulations allow us to tailor urethane tube for specific applications. We can also machine our tubes to tight tolerances after casting.

What are Urethane Tubes?

Precision Urethane tubes are a cast product which is NOT an extruded thermal plastic product. We do not manufacture medical grade or cast tube with a wall thickness under .062 inches. or lengths over 10 feet.

The polyurethane tubes we cast are manufactured in custom or standard diameters, lengths and wall thicknesses. We also cast a wide hardness range, with formulations from 20 Shore A to 75 Shore D.

Additional Offerings

We also offer multi hardness urethane tubes which allow for a hard material core and a soft outer material. This process can also be reversed to reduce vibration with a softer inner core with a harder outer shell for abrasion or cut resistance.

In application where tight tolerances are required, we can machine or grind the OD of the tubes to tight tolerances.
