Soft Tooling
This project required a series of application testing to validate product design. Sterieo Lithography parts were created for each design and soft tooling was then cast using the STL parts. This cost effective method allowed for each design to be rapidly prototyped.
Tooling Cavities
After product testing, tooling was machined with large number of cavities to reduce the product cost and achieve the required production schedules.
