Process Automation
This product line consisted of multiple mold configurations for different length parts using the same tooling. Our solution was to design and build an automation platform which captured, heated, opened and closed the mold.
High Volume Production
After injecting the material into the mold, the parts can be rapidly removed, allowing for low cycle times which in turn allowed our customer to receive product in large volumes with very short lead times.
