Can Urethane Bushings resist cold flow?

Our cast urethane bushings and bearings resist cold flow due to their elastomeric properties and can be used in high impact areas where loads can exceed the capabilities of bronze or plastic. Our polyurethane bushings are formulated using high performance polymers and several friction reducing ingredients.

Our urethane bushings can also be formulated to impart physical properties which allow for enhanced overall equipment performance in applications where vibration reduction or higher rebound is required to achieve a more stable operating environment in applications such as high performance suspension products or continuous duty OEM equipment.

We also offer higher temperature polyurethane bushings with operating temperatures from 275-400F.

We cast low and high volume production runs with economical tooling costs and typical lead times are 2-4 weeks from start to finish including tooling
