The product application required analysis to optimize the design to meet the load requirement of 12,000 lbs. The results of the analysis revealed acceptable stress levels in the initial design.

Production Parts

These parts are cast using a 75 Shore D material.
The parts weigh 320 lbs.
The part dimensions are 15”W X 16”H X 84” long.
