Polyurethane tubes are available in custom diameters, lengths, hardnesses and colors with little or no tooling costs. Custom formulations allow us to tailor polyurethane tubing for specific applications. We can also machine our tubes to tight tolerances after casting.
What are Polyurethane Tubes?
Precision Urethane's tubes are cast products, and are NOT an extruded thermal plastic product. We manufacture medical grade or cast tubes to custom specifications, where the wall thickness must be greater than .062 inches and the overall length of the polyurethane tube must not be over 10 feet. We can also cast large polyurethane tubes in excess of 2000lbs.
The polyurethane tubes that we cast are manufactured in custom or standard diameters, lengths and wall thicknesses. We also cast a wide hardness range, with formulations from 20 Shore A to 75 Shore D.
